Can We Use Epsom Salt on Aloe Vera Plants as Fertilize?

Magnesium and sulfur play an important role in keeping any houseplant healthy and happy. Well, even Epsom salt contains both magnesium and sulfur which is used in the growth of the aloe vera plant.
You can use Epsom salt as a fertilizer for your aloe vera plant especially when it has a magnesium deficiency. It simply means, when you see the leaves of this plant turning into brown color by losing its normal green coloration or yellowing between the veins of leaves then you should realize that there is something wrong with your plant, sometimes it could be magnesium deficiency too.
Add a little amount of Epsom salt in water and water your plant. Or just spray Epsom salt directly on the leaves of plant. Or dissolve 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt with one liter of water and pour the mixture in a spray bottle. Now, use this solution to spray it on your aloe vera evenly to benefit.
You can also use mixes specifically designed for all succulent plants and do avoid using granular fertilizers on your plant. If you are growing aloe vera in a container, water your plant thoroughly the day before feeding. It helps in flushing out all salts and reduces the risk of tip burn.
